1. Program and purpose
The Foundation Tech messaging program is operated by Foundation Tech, a sole proprietorship operated by Kyle. It supports people who request information about Foundation Tech services or are receiving those services.
Messages may concern your requested demo, support request and Foundation Tech service or account updates. This consent does not cover promotional campaigns or employee messages from Foundation Tech’s client businesses, including Tailwaggers.
2. Voluntary opt-in
To opt in, provide your US mobile number and affirmatively select the separate SMS consent checkbox on our Demo / Contact page. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Providing a mobile number without checking it is not consent.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of requesting a demo. You may use email to communicate with Foundation Tech without opting in to SMS. We retain records of your consent choice and the disclosure presented when you opted in.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your inquiry, support conversation and relevant service or account activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Ask your wireless provider about charges.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Foundation Tech text message to opt out. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; no further messages will be sent through the program unless you provide new consent.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel a requested demo or prevent you from receiving a response by email. If you change or give up your number, let us know so we can update our records.

6. Delivery and eligibility
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability, carrier support and other factors outside our control. Text messaging should not be used for emergencies.
You must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Use a text-capable US mobile number and keep your contact details current.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. Foundation Tech does not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may receive this information only as needed to provide and support the messaging service, subject to restrictions on its use.
8. Updates to these terms
